NAME OUR NEW CHARACTER CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor: The “Name Our New Character Contest” (“Contest”) is sponsored by Weird Beverages LLC, [111 Congress Ave, suite 500 Austin TX 78701].

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period: Begins on August 11, 2025 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on August 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.

4. How to Enter: Comment your name idea(s) for Drink Weird’s new character on the official contest post on Instagram at @drinkweird   or TikTok @DrinkWeird. Unlimited entries allowed; each entry must be unique. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

5. Judging Criteria: All eligible entries will be judged by Sponsor based on the following equally weighted criteria:

• Creativity

• Brand fit

• Originality

The entry with the highest overall score will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-judged by a different judge selected by Sponsor.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of Drink Weird, defined as twelve (12) cases (144 cans total). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $360. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or TikTok DM on or about August 19, 2025 and will also be announced via Instagram Stories. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, entry, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Contest.

10. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants release Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Instagram Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

12. Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
